Our names are Brooke and Samantha Hamroff, and we are sisters who both suffer from Celiac Disease. We were both diagnosed at age 16, and after dealing with our disease, we realized that awareness must be raised. Going out to dinner, we found trouble ordering off menus and ensuring gluten-free food from cross-contamination. Limited options and bland meals caused us to take action. We began going to restaurants with gluten-free menus and options, and experimented with gluten-free mixes and recipes. We hope to spread the word and make a difference in the community, raising awareness about Celiac Disease. Our younger brother Brandon, who does not suffer from Celiac Disease, is helping us spread awareness. We are eager to educate and inform others about this autoimmune disease.

On our website we have included our favorite recipes, restaurants, bakeries, and websites. In addition, we have our blog, photo albums of our events, and our t-shirts for sale.
